Inside Britain's Most Troubled Housing Estates | 60 Days On The Estates | Channel 4 Documentaries

Strong language, descriptions of violence, pregnancy loss and drug use.

Filmmaker Ed Stafford experiences first-hand the daily hardships that residents face on some of the UK's most troubled housing estates.

In Northumberland Park in London, Ed meets a resident fighting to stay off drugs and a mum with three sets of twins whose one-bed flat has recurring damp, and encounters the area's gun and knife crime. In Birmingham, Ed moves in with a local in one of Ladywood's tower blocks and meets a mum-of-three who's claiming benefits and resorting to food banks to feed her family. On the Easterhouse estate in Glasgow, Ed meets the locals who've been hit hard by the cost-of-living crisis and are facing the daily effects of high levels of drug use.
